The beginning

It started with a simple belief: coffee is more than a beverage; it's a ritual. Maya Reyes, our founder, spent years travelling across coffee farms, learning the delicate balance of soil, altitude, and care required to produce truly exceptional beans.

Returning home, she poured that passion into a small, sunlit corner shop. It wasn't just about the roast; it was about creating a space where the aroma of freshly ground beans offered a moment of respite from the chaotic world outside.

Today, LUME has grown, but our commitment remains unchanged. Every bean we roast, every cup we pour, is a continuation of that original, humble journey.
